tags: #ok seriously though #black butler had some seriously great animation okay #and the historical accuracy of the outfits is something i can personally vouch for as perfect #this anime is definitely one of the most beautifully animated ive seen in a long time #despite how far it diverges from the manga its still REALLY GOOD #it was also real as shit #this anime made me realize 'SHIT ANIME CHARACTERS CAN DIE' #and its just really gr8 nnnnn #if youve never seen it #imagine a blue haired kuzuryuu as an orphan and instead of peko he has a demon butler #also theyre in victorian england #and another thing #it really crossed over well from japanese into english #they had amazing japanese voices with maaya sakamoto and daisuke ono #and then for the english they cast it perfectly with brina palencia and j michael tatum #its just really great okay #if you havent watched it yet #you should #black butler #kuroshitsuji #oh and this group of episodes this gif is from was realer than shit in general
